At WEEPRINT, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all finished products that have been unused and returned to us.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs to the customer and back to us will be deducted from the overall refund amount. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on custom or printed goods. This includes all products that have been printed with custom logos, designs, or other personalized elements. By placing an order for custom or printed goods, you acknowledge and agree that these products are non-refundable.
